Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Stephanie, and I am glad you're here.

My background includes working in a variety of healthcare and school settings, which has given me a deep understanding of the impact of stress, burnout, and life challenges can have on your overall well-being. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, practical approach to helping individuals navigate difficult seasons and create meaningful change.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and a general sense that something is missing.

I view therapy as a collaborative partnership where we work together to identify obstacles, build on strengths, and create meaningful change that aligns with your values and goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each person is the expert on their own life. My role is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore challenges, recognize strengths, and move toward the life you want to create. In a time when many people are navigating increased stress, uncertainty, and competing demands, I strive to offer a therapeutic relationship that helps you feel supported as you work through this season.

My approach is grounded in client-centered therapy, recognizing that meaningful change happens when people feel heard, understood, and empowered. I integrate evidenced-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy, tailoring treatment to meet your unique needs and goals.

Together, we will build on your existing strengths and skills, develop practical tools for managing life's challenges, and work toward goals that feel meaningful and achievable for you.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe and comfortable showing up as your authentic self.

During our first session, we'll focus is on getting to know one another and understanding what led you to therapy. We'll explore your current challenges, discuss your strengths, and identify what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process.

Together, we'll establish meaningful goals that align with your values and vision for life. Whether success means managing anxiety more effectively, improving relationships, maintaining recovery, increasing self-confidence, or simply feeling more fulfilled and balanced in daily life, therapy is designed to help you build the skills, insight, and resilience needed to create lasting change.
