Great to meet you!

I don't start by asking, "What's wrong with you?" I start by asking, "Help me understand you."

*

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I have had the privilege of caring for individuals across diverse healthcare settings throughout my nursing career. My professional journey has included advanced training as both a Nurse Educator and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, reflecting my ongoing commitment to lifelong learning, clinical excellence, and evidence-based, compassionate care.

*

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy for individuals across the lifespan, with a special focus on children, adolescents, and young adults. Whether you're navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, or a significant life transition, my goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care in a calm, welcoming environment where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful and individualized because no two people experience life in the same way. I believe the best outcomes begin with taking the time to understand your lived experiences, values, strengths, and goals before developing a treatment plan. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that honors your values, supports your goals, and aligns with what matters most to you.

*

I believe in caring for the whole person. While medication can be an important part of treatment, it is only one piece of the larger picture. Depending on your needs, our work together may also include psychotherapy, patient education, healthy lifestyle habits, restorative sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, stress management, movement, supportive relationships, and practical coping strategies.

*

Within each of us lies an inner rhythm that reflects who we truly are. Although life's experiences may sometimes quiet our connection to it, it is never truly lost. Together, we'll work toward restoring balance, reconnecting with yourself, and cultivating a sense of peace so your inner rhythm can gently guide the way forward. As that connection grows, you'll learn to trust yourself more deeply, embrace growth with confidence, and create a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and grounded in what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is more than gathering information, it is creating space for YOUR healing. Simply showing up is a meaningful first step and an investment in yourself. Together, we'll explore what has brought you here, the experiences that have shaped your story, and the underlying factors contributing to your concerns.

*

You don't need to arrive with all the answers. We'll take the time to understand what is bringing you here, explore the root of your concerns, and begin taking meaningful steps toward healing one step at a time. Together, we will begin creating a plan that honors your goals and supports your well-being. You won't leave with every answer, but my hope is that you will leave with greater clarity, a renewed sense of hope, and the reassurance that you don't have to walk this path alone.
