Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Casper, Wyoming. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families feel supported, understood, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges.

I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use, and I’m trained in EMDR. My approach is compassionate, flexible, and tailored to each person—I often incorporate a mix of talk therapy, creative techniques, and trauma-informed care.

My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe, heard, and able to move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels comfortable. My style is supportive, down-to-earth, and focused on creating a space where you can be open without judgment.

I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use. I’m trained in EMDR and often incorporate trauma-informed techniques, along with talk therapy and creative approaches, depending on what works best for you.

I believe therapy should feel both safe and productive—where you can process difficult experiences, build practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive environment where we’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask some questions about what’s bringing you in, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

We’ll start identifying your goals and what meaningful progress looks like for you, whether that’s feeling more in control of your emotions, processing past experiences, or improving relationships. I’ll also answer any questions you have so you feel confident about the process.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction moving forward.
