Great to meet you!

My name is Stephanie, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Texas A&M University Commerce. I have five years of experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and four years as a medical social worker. I focus on depression, stress management, trauma, end of life care, and grief or loss. I strive to provide compassionate, supportive, and client centered care to individuals and families.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I take a warm, client centered approach where your story, values, and goals guide our work together. I draw on my experience with domestic violence, complex medical diagnoses, and grief to help you navigate difficult transitions and emotional pain. We will move at a pace that feels safe, while building tools to manage stress, process trauma, and find moments of hope and resilience.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm introduction and a welcoming, judgment-free environment. We will complete an in-depth psychosocial assessment, discuss your current concerns, and explore your goals for therapy. We will also talk about what you hope to gain from our sessions and work together to create a treatment approach that feels comfortable and meaningful for you.
