Great to meet you!

I'm Stephanie, a dual board-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. After 17 years of working in healthcare, I felt inspired by the mental health crisis spurred by COVID to specialize in providing care to individuals struggling on the inside. I love the work I do and show that love to my patients. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy time with friends and family, traveling, reading, and the exploring the great outdoors!

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals 18 and over struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, bulimia/anorexia, Schizophrenia, and other mental health issues. Through medication management and a collaborative therapeutic approach, I help clients gain a sense of normalcy, control their symptoms, and manage their conditions so they can handle stressors that come with life.

What you can expect from me

I provide the highest level of care by taking the time to truly listen to my patients and their concerns. I collaborate with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan that feels right for them. I'm looking forward to working with you towards your wellness goals!
