Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship dynamics, and life’s daily stressors. I graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a degree in Forensic Psychology and earned my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University. I’m passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential. As someone who comes from the community I serve, I understand the unique challenges we face and am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can happen.

My approach to therapy

I use a trauma-informed, holistic approach to healing, incorporating mindfulness techniques and practical tools to help clients find balance and clarity.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, open-minded, and supportive space where you can share at your own pace. I take time to get to know you, listen closely to your needs, and understand what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore your goals and see how our work can best support your growth and healing. My focus is always on creating a comfortable, collaborative relationship that feels right for you.
