Great to meet you!

I am very committed to this work we will embark on together so that you can feel better. You deserve to feel your best.

With over 15 years of experience , I've been validated in the importance of cultural considerations. You can expect me to learn who you are and what you believe, first! Before anything else. That will lead the way.

During our time together, you can expect honesty, warmth, consistency, laughs, and prayer if you need and desire that.

I am excited to meet you.

My approach to therapy

Being a human with a set of skills! That's my approach. My goal is to ensure you're comfort in session and with the process. I work to reinforce the normalcy of hard times, mental health, and family/couple concerns. It can all be painful, but it is something most experience and you are not alone. My goal is to remind you of that truth. You can expect me to empower you, and utilize my training, skills, and experience to support you on your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a shift in perspective, homework if you are open, and real sustainable change. You can also expect, honesty!
