Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in helping adults navigate both significant life transitions and the ongoing challenges of daily life. My practice focuses on trauma, depression, anxiety, and the unique complexities of perinatal and postnatal mental health. Whether you’re facing overwhelming emotions, feeling disconnected, or finding it difficult to manage life’s challenges, you deserve support that’s both thoughtful and effective.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends attachment theory and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and I believe that healing begins in the context of a secure relationship. I offer a therapeutic space where trust can be rebuilt, emotions can be expressed freely, and self-understanding can deepen over time. I meet clients where they are, honoring their pace and personal process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, and any important parts of your story that you feel comfortable sharing. We’ll explore your goals and concerns at your pace, and I’ll answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and attuned to your needs from the very beginning.
