Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a wide range of clinical experience and a genuine passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), graduating magna cum laude, and my Master of Social Work (MSW), with a focus on mental health, from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with older adults (65+) and individuals, of all ages ranging from 18-103, facing significant life changes, including end-of-life concerns, hospice, health changes, and chronic medical issues. I also have experience supporting clients through relationship challenges, divorce, adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is open-minded, solution-focused, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard and understood, while also having the opportunity to look honestly at what may be holding you back. I can be direct when it is helpful, but I approach each client without judgment and with respect for their individual experiences, values, and goals.

I encourage growth and believe meaningful change often comes from recognizing patterns, understanding where they come from, and developing new ways of responding. Whether you are coping with a major life transition, struggling with relationships or mental health concerns, or simply feeling stuck and wanting something to change, I will work with you to identify practical steps toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, comfortable, and judgment-free environment where clients feel safe being honest and able to talk openly. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard and supported.
