Great to meet you!

My name is Stephanie Manfredi, and I am a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with over 18 years of experience helping adults navigate the challenges of substance use and recovery. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they work toward meaningful change, improved health, and a renewed sense of purpose.

I specialize in the treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring concerns, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe that each person’s path to recovery is unique, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where growth and healing can take place.

Whether you’re just beginning to consider change or seeking support to maintain progress, I’m here to help you clarify your goals, build on your strengths, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel supported, understood, and actively involved in your own growth. Together, we’ll identify your goals, explore challenges, and build on your strengths.

I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also strengthening your motivation for change. I meet you where you are in the process whether you're just beginning to consider change or working to maintain progress.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be open and honest. My goal is to help you develop practical tools, gain insight, and move toward lasting, meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, respectful, and goal-oriented environment where they feel heard and understood. I strive to create a space that is safe, non-judgmental, and rooted in trust an environment where clients can openly explore their challenges and begin to make meaningful changes.

Sessions are tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs and recovery goals. Together, we focus on increasing insight, building healthier coping skills, and developing strategies to manage cravings, triggers, and stress. We also work on strengthening motivation, rebuilding confidence, and identifying values that support long-term recovery.

My goal is to help clients feel empowered not only to reduce or stop substance use, but also to reclaim control over their lives, improve emotional well-being, and build a more fulfilling future. Whether you're seeking clarity,

stability, or a fresh start, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
