Great to meet you!

For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of caring for patients in a variety of healthcare settings, including the past 13 years as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Caring for individuals of all ages during some of life's most vulnerable moments has reinforced my commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care.

My career has been one of continual growth, challenge, and purpose. Yet, as often happens, life opened a door I never expected. Through my own personal journey, I gained a deeper appreciation for the connection between our mental and physical well-being and the delicate balance between the two. Those experiences inspired me to expand my education and pursue a post-master's certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

Today, I combine my background in advanced practice nursing with specialized training in psychiatric care to help individuals navigate life's challenges, improve their mental well-being, and move toward lasting healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care combines a strong therapeutic relationship with evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and treatment. I believe meaningful healing happens when clinical expertise is paired with a genuine understanding of each person’s life experiences, goals, and values.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a full hour together, focused on understanding your story—your experiences, challenges, and goals—so care can be tailored to what matters most to you. By the end of the session, we will develop a plan and put it into action.
