Great to meet you!

I provide my clients with a warm, safe therapeutic relationship from which they can explore and move past the obstacles that have interfered with living life in line with their values. I am passionate about empowering people who feel “stuck" to create meaning of their experiences and enact lasting, positive change. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship conflicts, stress management, life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma recovery. I have previously worked in university counseling centers and specialize in treating adults.

My approach to therapy

I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, attachment theory, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) perspectives in order to provide culturally-informed treatment tailored to my individual clients' needs.

What you can expect from me

I will do my best to help you feel comfortable sharing about your current concerns and counseling goals. I will ask about your background and share about my approach to helping you. I will answer any questions you may have, and we'll decide if it feels like we would be a good fit to continue working together.
