Great to meet you!

From the moment we begin working together, my goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore life's challenges, build self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace. With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, I work with adults of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and the impacts of addiction. There is a particular place in my heart for emerging adults as they find their footing through identity development, relationships, career pressures, and the significant changes that come with early adulthood.

Earning my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and my LPC credential brought me to outpatient therapy in the Boulder area, where I offer individual counseling to adults building a fulfilling life. At the heart of this work is a belief in the resilience of the human spirit. I'm here to walk alongside you with care.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I approach every person I work with as exactly that: an individual. Drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and narrative therapy, I meet you where you are and build a therapeutic experience that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

During your first visit, we will spend time getting to know each other and beginning to build a comfortable and trusting therapeutic relationship. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, your current experiences, and areas of your life that may be impacting your wellbeing. We will also complete a biopsychosocial assessment to better understand your history, strengths, needs, and goals. Most importantly, this first session is an opportunity for you to feel heard, ask questions, and begin creating a therapeutic plan that feels right for you.
