Great to meet you!

I have always been passionate to learn about mental health even as a young adult. Having experienced depression and anxiety first-hand, I understand the importance of seeking professional help. I believe in utilizing evidence-based practices to help individuals to cope with mental health challenges through therapy and med management. When I was in a crisis, I received appropriate care which changed my life and I desire to do the same for others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm an advanced practitioner with a vast amount of knowledge in mental health. My focus is to provide quality care while maintaining a direct line of communication as well as managing medications and counseling patients in a secure and non-judgmental environment.

I’m here to help with some of the challenges or obstacles that you’re facing right now. I will make it a priority to respect your boundaries and preferences.
