Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and have been practicing for the past four years. My experience includes working with young adults navigating the transition into adulthood, as well as adults and older adults. I support clients with challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to you, using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space, and when meaningful, I can incorporate faith and spirituality. As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I meet you where you are to support your growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

My focus is on helping you leave each session feeling understood, empowered, and equipped with tools to handle challenges more confidently, while supporting your long-term growth and emotional well-being.
