Great to meet you!

Initiating positive change in your life can seem overwhelming but finding the right therapist for your healing journey doesn’t have to be. Studies reveal that the number one ingredient for success in therapy is a strong relationship between client & therapist. That's it. Skill and competency are important, but trust is essential. My goal is to help clients identify self-defeating thoughts and replace them with healthier, more productive beliefs. As a non-judgmental, compassionate Christian counselor, I integrate faith & psychology to provide a comprehensive & holistic approach to mental health.

My approach to therapy

I believe relationship issues stem from communication breakdowns and behavioral problems are symptoms of deeper family dynamics. All behavior serves a purpose; uncovering that purpose is key to genuine & lasting transformation. My approach to counseling is built on the belief that true healing requires addressing both psychological needs & spiritual health. I am able to deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT, Psychodynamic, Attachment-Based, Relational Therapy) through a non-judgmental, supportive, faith-based Christian perspective.

What you can expect from me

I am here to help you overcome relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, shame & low self-esteem. Through insight and awareness, my goal is to walk alongside you, offering a safe space to navigate your struggles, foster resilience, and help you to uncover and eliminate destructive patterns while finding hope and restoration in your life.
