Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist in Florida, I bring 15 years of dedicated experience supporting individuals through life's complex challenges. My approach centers on helping clients develop self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful personal growth. I specialize in addressing stress, anxiety, parenting dynamics, self-esteem concerns, and navigating significant life transitions. My therapeutic work focuses on empowering individuals to overcome social anxiety, communication barriers, and interpersonal challenges. I provide compassionate guidance for those struggling with isolation, codependency, family dynamics, and personal identity exploration. I understand that each person's journey is unique, and I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can discover their inner strengths and develop healthier coping strategies. Whether you're seeking to improve relationships, understand your life purpose, or work through personal obstacles, I'm committed to walking alongside you with empathy and professional expertise.

My approach to therapy

I’ve developed a style that helps people understand themselves better, feel supported, and make real changes in their lives. I pay close attention to family patterns and how past experiences can shape current stress or relationship problems. I also look at what basic needs or life challenges might be causing someone to feel stuck.

My approach is warm, supportive, and focused on building trust. I listen closely, reflect back what I hear, and help clients feel truly understood. I also use practical tools to help people notice unhelpful thoughts, manage emotions, and take small steps toward feeling better.

Overall, I combine different methods based on what works best for each person. I meet clients where they are and tailor my approach to their goals and comfort level.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a calm, open, and non-judgmental space. I’ll ask about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping to change, and what support feels most helpful to you. We’ll talk through your main concerns, any patterns you’ve noticed, and what you’d like to get out of therapy.

My goal in that first meeting is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and heard. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer idea of your goals and a plan for how we’ll work together moving forward.
