Great to meet you!

You deserve psychiatric care where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. I provide medication management for adults 18 and older and take a collaborative approach that gives you the space to ask questions, explore your options, and be an active part of your care.

As a queer-identifying provider, I recognize that identity, relationships, life experiences, and the environments we move through can all shape our mental health. I take the time to understand the whole person rather than focusing solely on symptoms or a diagnosis.

A note about prescribing: My practice is 100% telehealth, and I do not currently prescribe Schedule II controlled substances, including stimulant medications. I share this upfront so you can have a clear understanding of my practice and prescribing approach before scheduling.

My approach to therapy

I understand that seeking psychiatric support, especially when medications are involved, can feel overwhelming, particularly if you’ve had difficult experiences with prescribers in the past. My approach is compassionate and grounded in respect for your autonomy. I believe you should feel informed and comfortable with your treatment, never pressured into a decision that doesn’t feel right for you.

During visits, we’ll talk openly about what you’re experiencing and explore treatment options together, including the potential benefits, risks, and side effects of medications. I welcome questions and believe there should always be room to slow down, reconsider, or simply say, “I’m not sure yet.”

What you can expect from me

During your first session, I will ask about your history, current concerns, and goals. We will talk through treatment options together, including what may or may not feel like the right fit for you. You will have space to ask questions and share what is important to you.

My goal is for you to feel heard and involved in your care, with a treatment plan that feels right for you. You will leave with a clear next step and a plan we both feel good about moving forward.
