Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) with extensive experience in addiction recovery and mental health counseling. I combine evidence-based practices with a compassionate approach to help clients achieve lasting personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges, whether they’re navigating addiction, relationship or intimacy struggles, anxiety, or major transitions like dating, divorce, or career changes. My clients want to feel understood, build stronger connections, and regain a sense of control and balance in their lives. Together, we focus on uncovering their strengths and working toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in helping adults navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Using a compassionate and holistic approach, I create a safe, supportive space where clients can feel seen and heard. Together, we will work collaboratively with her clients to build resilience, enhance relationships, and develop practical tools for growth and healing, using DBT as my theoretical approach.
