Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I offer a warm, empathetic, and open-minded approach to therapy. I believe in meeting you where you are, listening to your story, and working collaboratively to set meaningful goals that support your growth and healing.

I specialize in working with children (ages 6 and up), teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, grief or loss, or seeking support as part of the LGBTQ+ community, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming or even a little scary. Reaching out for help is a brave first step—and one that can lead to real, lasting change. My hope is that you’ll give yourself the opportunity to experience the support, insight, and relief that therapy can offer.

Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of feeling your best and identify ways to move forward in a direction that aligns with your values and needs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will spend time answering any questions you might have, and identifying what your priorities are for our time together. If you aren't sure about that yet, that's ok! We can figure it out together. We will also spend time going over the life circumstances and experiences you are having that led you to reach out to talk to someone. It is important to me to get to know you, to understand how you experience the world, to learn about your struggles and your strengths, and to allow you time to share your story.
