Great to meet you!

I’m so glad you’re here. I use an eclectic, person-centered approach that honors your individuality and lived experience. I believe that healing happens through genuine connection, and I strive to create a space rooted in honesty, empathy, and authenticity. My role is to support you in uncovering your strengths, exploring what matters most to you, and navigating life’s complexities with compassion and curiosity. There’s no one-size-fits-all path to growth and we’ll work together to find the one that’s right for you.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic, person-centered approach that honors your individuality and lived experience. I believe that healing happens through genuine connection, and I strive to create a space rooted in honesty, empathy, and authenticity. My role is to support you in uncovering your strengths, exploring what matters most to you, and navigating life’s complexities with compassion and curiosity. There’s no one-size-fits-all path to growth and we’ll work together to find the one that’s right for you.

I specialize in working with the LGBTQ community, those impacted by domestic and sexual violence, trauma, anxiety, and family separation.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

What you can expect from me

I always strive to provide empathy, warmth, and connection in session. I want you to leave with encouragement and feeling empowered, knowing you have a place to let your guard down and be heard - without judgement.
