Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I provide compassionate, client-centered care in a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and respected. I specialize in depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-related conditions, using an approachable and practical style rooted in evidence-based care. By combining therapy with medication management when appropriate, I work collaboratively with clients to empower them in their treatment and support their growth toward resilience, clarity, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My style of care is collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centered. I believe that every client brings unique experiences, strengths, and challenges to the table, and my role is to meet them where they are. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their treatment.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, my focus is on getting to know you as a whole person rather than just a set of symptoms. We’ll spend time exploring your background, current concerns, strengths, and goals. I aim to create a safe, calm, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.
