Great to meet you!

✨Resiliency & Empowerment for high achievers and professionals✨I help individuals learn skills to move past burnout and overthinking so they can live a more positive, meaningful life. My goal is to empower you to live your best life while providing a safe, virtual space where you can be fully heard without judgment.✨

My approach to therapy

My style is centered on building resiliency through an empathy-driven approach. My clients are seen and accepted just as they are - no matter what. I encourage self-love and self-acceptance, while inspiring positivity and mindfulness in everyday life. I provide individual counseling for high achievers and professionals who are experiencing life adjustments or daily stress. I am here to help you navigate the patterns of overthinking and build the personal resiliency needed to transform those daily challenges into a more empowered and balanced way of living.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be focused on getting to know each other, gathering your history, and discussing your reason for seeking counseling at this time.

We will discuss your specific goals and expectations for therapy, and create a treatment plan together that reflects and outlines your desired areas of change and/or healing.
