Stephanie Onan

I have enjoyed working with families, teens and adults for the past 26 years. I am passionate about helping people understand themselves better and live a more joyful life. I would love to have the opportunity to work with you and value the therapeutic relationship.

I use a variety of modalities in working with others. Including cognitive/behavioral therapy, systems theory, narrative therapy and IFS.

My goal is to help you feel comfortable in our first session. I hope to learn what your goals are and create a plan to achieve them.
