My approach to therapy

I work with children, teens, families, and young adult women. I support clients who experience a variety of mental health and emotional difficulties including depression, anxiety, complex trauma and relationship issues. I use interventions such as EMDR, play therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

What you can expect from me

I have a west African cultural heritage and speak fluently French and English. I support individuals from all cultural backgrounds including people of color, African immigrants and refugees. I provide a warm and welcoming space where I help clients feel safe, heard and respected while healing.
