Great to meet you!

I have been a healing practitioner for almost 30 years. I have extensive experience with the mental and energy bodies and I am well-equipped to help you understand what patterns and experiences are holding you back, and offer tools and practices to regulate your nervous system and move beyond your perceived limitations.

I bring a wide base of knowledge of the physical impact of anxiety, depression, and past traumas, and can help you understand what your symptoms are actually communicating to you.

I offer my clients a wide range of tools to improve self-awareness, learn to communicate with their nervous system to release old habitual patterns, and move towards a life that is free of the suffering caused by symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I am an open, intuitive, person-centered therapist. I create a warm and grounded environment for you to safely begin to look at past experiences and understand how they continue to impact your daily life.

I teach mindfulness strategies to increase awareness of cognitive distortions and negative self-talk that hold you in undesired patterns and prevent you from living a life free of egoic restrictions.

I offer my clients practical somatic strategies that can be used independently to continue to improve awareness of self, ability to regulate the nervous system, and reduce symptoms that are no longer desired for the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I hope to get to know you and what it is like to be in your lived experience. Together, we will discuss the goals for working together and come up with a plan to move forward.
