Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be honest, even about the hardest things. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and EMDR-certified therapist, I have worked in crisis settings and supported people through some of life's most difficult moments. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in practical tools that help clients process difficult experiences and create real change. My goal is to offer you a compassionate, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can feel heard and understood without judgement, while also gaining practical tools to navigate life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time getting to know each other and building the foundation of a trusting relationship. You'll share what brings you in and what you're hoping to gain from counseling. I'll ask questions to understand your experiences and goals, with no pressure to share more than you're ready for. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of what our work together might look like and, hopefully, a bit more hope than when you started.
