Great to meet you!

I am is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and parents. I am passionate about assisting clients in addressing areas of adjustment, self-esteem, anxiety, hyperactivity, substance use, depression, autism, grief and loss, and dealing with divorce. I believe that providing support and education to parents, as well as their children, can significantly improve the well-being of clients.

My approach to therapy

I have over 15 years of professional experience as a licensed mental health counselor. I began counseling at a small community clinic, expanded my expertise to working with children and adolescents in school and residential settings, and later advanced to be Clinical Director in a treatment facility for adolescents with mental health and substance use challenges. Throughout my career I have been invested in helping children and families overcome emotional, learning, behavioral, and relational concerns.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel heard, supported, and educated on ways to decrease your distress and better manage challenging emotions. My hope is that you gain new tools that enhance your overall life experience.
