Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 11 years of licensure and over 20 years of experience in mental health, helping children, teens, and young adults navigate life’s challenges. I take a down-to-earth, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach—often with a touch of humor—while tailoring strategies to your unique needs.

I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, cope with life changes, strengthen relationships, and build effective coping skills.

My approach to therapy

Using a mix of CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches, we’ll work together to improve emotional regulation and create meaningful, lasting changes.

Sessions are a safe space where you’ll be heard, understood, and supported. I offer flexible virtual sessions across Virginia and am available for evening and weekend appointments.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll just chat about what’s going on in your life and what’s bothering you. No pressure, no judgment—just a safe space to talk, laugh, or even roll your eyes if you want. I’ll listen, ask questions, and help figure out what might make things a little easier or less stressful. By the end, you’ll have a sense of how we can work together and start building tools that actually help.
