Great to meet you!

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker who’s passionate about helping you feel more confident navigating life’s messier moments. I specialize in working with folks who are dealing with big emotions, chronic health issues, or just feeling stuck. My style is laid-back, compassionate, and collaborative—I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are. I’ve worked in both medical and mental health settings and enjoy finding creative, down-to-earth ways to support growth and change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and rooted in real-life skills you can actually use outside the session. I draw from evidence-based practices like ACT, DBT, and CBT, tailoring each session to what’s most helpful for you. Rather than trying to “get rid of” difficult thoughts or feelings, we’ll work on changing how you relate to them—so they don’t get to run the show. I believe humor has a place in healing, and that therapy doesn’t always have to be heavy to be meaningful. Most of all, I want therapy to feel like a space where you feel heard, seen, and empowered to move forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and never judged. Together, we’ll work on building practical tools to handle overwhelming emotions, respond more effectively to stress, and move toward goals that actually matter to you. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs—some days might focus on skill-building, others on simply making space for whatever you're carrying. My goal is to help you feel more confident in your ability to face challenges and more connected to the things that give your life meaning. You can also expect the occasional gentle humor and a therapist who shows up as a real human, right alongside you.
