Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Stephanie, a National Board-Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, ADHD, grief, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I specialize in supporting survivors of abuse, neglect, and domestic violence through trauma-informed, compassionate care. I also provide affirming support for LGBTQ+ individuals and those facing life transitions, low self-esteem, and academic or career stress.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the healing power of empathy, compassion, and connection. I offer a person-centered, judgment-free space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you—supporting you as you explore your story, build resilience, and move toward your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

I may not know exactly how you’re feeling, but I want you to know you’re not alone. Healing doesn’t happen all at once—and you don’t have to do it by yourself. Together, we’ll create a collaborative and personalized plan to honor your unique needs and empowers your healing journey. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out—let’s begin this work together.
