Great to meet you!

Are you concerned about your child? For many children, coping with daily stress and academic pressure can be challenging. As a counselor and educational therapist, my goal is to help children and their families explore new ways to handle stress, anxiety, depression, and school-related concerns. I use a positive solution-focused approach and cognitive-behavioral techniques to support children during counseling sessions. Through the use of play, art, and age-appropriate activities, children can learn to manage their emotions and discover new ways to handle everyday problems.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I recognize that each child and family has unique needs, and I am committed to working with your family to address your specific concerns. Children and families can grow by finding new ways to overcome difficulties related to self-control, relationships, communication, and academics. My extensive experience working with children, families, and school systems enables me to find creative approaches that meet your child and family’s specific needs.

What you can expect from our first session

If you are looking for a solution-based approach to supporting your child, please reach out, and we can discuss how I can help your child and family on their journey toward positive growth. Let’s work together to help your child explore, learn, and grow.
