Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and feeling disconnected from themselves. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have training in somatic therapy, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches.

I support clients struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship patterns, and the impact of past experiences. As a Latina therapist and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I value creating an affirming space where clients can explore their experiences with authenticity and compassion.

I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that have been buried beneath stress, survival, expectations, or painful experiences. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate space where you feel seen and supported as you strengthen self-trust, reconnect with your intuition, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection to yourself and your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, relational, and grounded in the connection between the mind and body. I integrate somatic therapy, mindfulness, and parts work to help clients deepen awareness of their internal experiences and create lasting, embodied change. Together, we explore not only thoughts and emotions, but also the nervous system patterns that shape how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.

Rather than simply talking about challenges, we work to help your mind and body experience safety, connection, and new possibilities in real time. Together, we will explore the roots of anxiety, overwhelm, self-criticism, relationship struggles, or past trauma with curiosity. I view symptoms as adaptive responses that once served a purpose, and therapy as an opportunity to develop new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are today.

My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move beyond survival patterns and toward greater authenticity, resilience, and connection in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you as a whole person, not just the challenges that brought you to therapy. We'll talk about what's important in your life, your strengths, relationships, experiences, and any challenges you'd like support with. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself and move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we'll begin identifying your intentions and create a foundation for our work together.
