Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life’s unexpected challenges. My style is direct, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation where you can be yourself, speak openly, and feel understood without judgment. I bring honesty, perspective, and humor when appropriate.

My approach to therapy

I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based work, mindfulness, and somatic approaches depending on your needs. Sometimes we explore deeper emotional patterns; other times we focus on practical tools to help you manage what’s happening right now.

What you can expect from me

You can expect honest conversations, thoughtful feedback, and a collaborative approach. I’m not someone who simply sits back and nods. I’ll help you challenge unhelpful patterns, understand yourself more deeply, and develop strategies that make sense for your life. There’s room for difficult conversations, humor, and everything in between.
