Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Stephanie. I am a licensed marriage & family therapist and have been practicing for 14 years. I received my Master’s degree from Loma Linda University and also completed one year in a doctorate program there. I have clinical experience working in county clinics, school settings, and community based programs providing mental health services to adults, couples and children. I work with individuals and couples who struggle with various challenges, such as Depression and Anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I have an open-minded and compassionate approach to therapy. I will never judge my clients for the situations they face and will be here to support them. I believe the client-therapist relationship plays a great importance in the therapy process as it will create a safe place for my clients to share their deepest struggles.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel supported by my therapy style and will learn various coping strategies to manage symptoms and situations they face. Many of my clients have said that I am easy to talk to and approachable, which has helped them openly share in therapy. I look forward to working with you on your journey- you are not alone!
