Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward healing is an important act of courage, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm here to support and guide you as you work through life's unexpected challenges, discover your strengths, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. As a Latina therapist, I value the importance of cultural identity, family, and personal experiences in shaping each person’s mental health journey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 8+ years of experience. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, family conflict, life transitions, and other emotional concerns. I offer sessions in English and Spanish and support adults aged 18 - 60.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. I draw from evidenced-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and other approaches based on each client’s individual needs.

What you can expect from me

It is important to me that you feel comfortable to communicate openly. We’ll work together to identify goals that are meaningful to you and develop a path forward at a pace that feels right for you. I aim to create a space where you will not be judged, but will be unconditionally supported as we navigate through your concerns and fears. Pain in life is unavoidable, but you do not have to go through it alone. In every session, you will be met with kindness and unconditional positive regard.
