Great to meet you!

If you’re navigating trauma, emotional stress, or relationship challenges and want a therapist who offers both compassion and structure, you don’t have to do this alone. I work with individuals and couples who are seeking healing, clarity, and meaningful change in their lives.

My background includes trauma recovery, crisis care, group therapy, and individual and couples counseling. I began my career supporting individuals through crisis and psychosocial rehabilitation and later expanded my work to include children and families, mentoring parents and helping address behavioral concerns. Today, I work in private practice providing exclusively virtual counseling, offering a flexible and supportive space for healing.

Outside of therapy, I’m a mom to three teenagers and enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that’s at the beach, hiking, camping, or tending my garden. These grounding practices influence the balanced, whole-person perspective I bring into my work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and personal growth.

I also provide trauma-focused care using eye-movement-based techniques that can help process and resolve past experiences more deeply. Guided by a holistic view of wellness, I integrate attention to mind, body, and emotional well-being to support resilience, balance, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on building trust and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your current challenges, your goals, and what kind of support feels most helpful right now.

You can expect a thoughtful, supportive conversation where I explain how we might work together and begin shaping a personalized plan that fits your needs. By the end of the session, most clients feel clearer about next steps and more confident about their path forward
