Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a passion for helping individuals and families achieve better mental and physical well-being. My background in both primary care and mental health allows me to take a whole-person approach to treatment, recognizing the close connection between emotional and physical health.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. I also support individuals navigating life transitions, chronic health conditions, stress, grief, and challenges that affect daily functioning and quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe every person deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with dignity. Together, we develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapeutic support, education, and practical strategies tailored to your unique goals and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals. I believe that effective care starts with understanding your story, so our initial session will focus on learning about your concerns, experiences, strengths, and what brings you to treatment.

During this visit, we'll discuss your current symptoms, medical and mental health history, medications, lifestyle factors, and any previous treatment experiences. I'll also take time to answer your questions and address any concerns you may have about the treatment process.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly. Together, we'll identify priorities and develop a personalized plan that may include medication management, therapeutic support, lifestyle recommendations, or additional resources as appropriate.

You do not need to have all the answers before your first appointment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply ready for change, we'll work together to find a path forward that supports your health and well-being.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you take the next step toward feeling your best.
