Great to meet you!

I have spent years working with kids, teens, and families, in residential settings, outpatient drug & alcohol treatment, family-based services and community-based programs. I bring well-rounded and grounded perspective. I have seen first-hand how hard life can get and the strength people have when they are given the right support.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and reality-based. I believe in meeting people where they are while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I'm warm, down-to earth. I strive to create a space where client's feel empowered. Therapy with me is collaborative and focused on meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to understand your story. In our first session, you can expect, a warm, grounded, and nonjudgemental space. We will begin identifying clear, realistic goals together. I believe growth happens when you feel both supported and gently challenged. I will aim to create an environment that feels safe and empowering where you can speak openly and leave with clearer sense of direction.
