Great to meet you!

Accepting new clients!

Therapy isn't about perfection - it’s about showing up as you are, wherever you are. Whether you’re navigating grief, postpartum changes, or the weight of life’s stress, I offer a safe and compassionate space where you can feel supported, heard, and ready to move from survival mode toward healing.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re used to caring for everyone else first. I see that kind of devotion as a quiet strength, and my goal is to help you begin caring for yourself too—even if it feels unfamiliar.

I have over 10 years experience in private practice and in home therapy, truly getting to know my clients, their families, and home lives with focus in anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, and stress management.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in perinatal mental health, with over a decade of clinical experience. I specialize in navigating grief and loss, postpartum changes, and relationship challenges that can come with life’s transitions.

My background professionally and personally has helped shape my client focused strengths based practice utilized in my practice today. It is important my clients understand they are an essential part of their treatment goals.

Some consider putting others before your own needs a weakness but I consider this a strength.

I believe boundaries are just as important as self-care and my main priority is putting my clients first.

What you can expect from me

Healing through grief or postpartum changes can feel heavy and isolating. I believe you shouldn’t have to carry it alone. Together, we’ll focus on gentle self-care, healthy boundaries, and finding your strength in the process. I will work with each individual to make them feel comfortable and at ease. We will explore challenges and you will be provided with a healing environment to identify goals and build a therapeutic relationship.
