Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy is a partnership, and I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a deep respect for your unique experiences.

Professionally, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others heal and restore relationships, earning my Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University,

A bit about my approach to therapy

Over the past decade, my passion for helping individuals heal and build authentic connections has guided my work with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families. My counseling approach is trauma-informed, focusing on developmental trauma, relationship dynamics, and family systems.I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices, empowering clients to uncover the root causes of their struggles, build resilience, and create lasting, meaningful change in their lives.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe building trust and rapport with clients creates a safe space for healing. Therapy should address the root cause, not just symptoms, allowing you to live authentically and freely in the present. With motivation, a safe environment, and guidance, you can break unhelpful patterns. I am passionately committed to integrity, excellence, and investing in the success of adolescents, couples, and families.
