Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am an LCSW who works with women and teens navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I currently offer individual therapy via telehealth, focusing on helping clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and reconnect with their sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both compassionate and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practices. I often incorporate parts work and inner child healing into sessions, supporting clients in understanding their internal world and building a stronger, more nurturing relationship with themselves.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you'll begin to develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself—especially the parts of you that may feel wounded, stuck, or unseen. Through a mix of inner child work, reparenting, and evidence-based techniques, you can expect to gain greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence. Most importantly, my hope is that you'll leave each session feeling more empowered and supported in your healing journey.
