Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois who has been practicing since 2010. I have extensive training in substance abuse, trauma, and ADHD. I'm EMDR trained and utilize holistic practices to help people overcome anxiety and depression. Using a client centered and solution focused approach I believe people can recover from both addictions and mental health conditions. I believe learning skills to better manage symptoms and understanding your diagnosis makes a positive difference in change. The therapeutic relationship is an equal one where both therapist and individual work together to obtain positive change.
