Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life and in a variety of settings. I meet my clients exactly where they are, bringing a collaborative and relatable approach to each session. My goal is to build a supportive, understanding relationship that helps you feel seen and valued—all within a non-judgmental environment.

My approach to therapy

I work with driven women who are committed to creating positive change in their lives. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and build on them to boost your self-esteem, self-empowerment, and overall life satisfaction. My approach is strength-based and person-centered, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I’m here to walk beside you on your journey to healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Since 2009, I’ve been helping clients overcome the obstacles that keep them from moving forward. In our work together, you’ll learn practical coping skills, establish boundaries, and process the life events that led you to therapy. Life’s too short to feel unhappy, uncertain, or unfulfilled let me help you find new ways to address the challenges standing between you and your goals.
