Great to meet you!

I want my clients to know that I’m human, too. I don’t have all the answers, and I don’t believe therapy is about having someone tell you what to do. Instead, I see therapy as a collaborative process where we navigate the ups, downs, and unexpected turns of this wild ride called life together.

I will always meet you with honesty, compassion, and genuine curiosity. My goal is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, feel less alone in it, and find the tools and perspective that can help you move forward. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you come to therapy, we can figure things out together, one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness-based approaches. I work with teens, adults, and couples who may be navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or significant life transitions.

I care deeply about each of my clients and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of meaningful change. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where clients feel safe to be honest, understood, and accepted without judgment.

I believe that our thoughts, experiences, and relationships can strongly influence how we feel and how we move through the world. In therapy, I help clients identify and reframe negative or unhelpful beliefs, develop healthier patterns of thinking, and build practical tools for managing difficult emotions and life circumstances.

I particularly enjoy working with clients who are experiencing a transition or feeling stuck in a pattern that no longer serves them. My goal is to meet each client where they are, tailor therapy to their individual needs, and help them gain the insight, confidence, and skills needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, receptive environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing at your own pace. I approach each client with genuine curiosity and without judgment, taking the time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. I want you to feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning. Together, we’ll begin creating a treatment approach that feels comfortable, meaningful, and tailored to you.
