Stephanie Saavedra

Hi! I am Stephanie Saavedra, a bilingual therapist, EMDR-trained, and a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Florida.

I utilize evidence-based methods such as Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). At my practice, children and teens find a safe and calm environment where they can freely express themselves, play, and process their emotions.

During the first session we will go over the paperwork that you have completed prior to this session, gather details about your child, discuss confidentiality and answer any questions you may have.
