Great to meet you!

I have been on my own healing journey for 40+ years and so I know personally how much courage and effort it can take to heal and grow. I also know how amazing life and relationships can get as a part of that healing process; I wish that experience for everyone.

My approach to therapy

As an EMDR and trauma informed therapist I can help with past or current traumatic experiences. As an Imago therapist I can assist you and your partner (or family) with relationship skills and communication. If you grew up in an alcoholic or addicted family, or if you are trying to figure out how to work effectively with a loved one's addiction I can help.

What you can expect from me

In the first session I usually like to answer any questions people may have about the therapy process and working with me. I also will want to know what brings a person into therapy and anything else they want me to know as we get started. Note that I am on the west coast and times for scheduling reflect that time zone. For east coast clients times are 4 hours later.
