Great to meet you!

Welcome to Garden Grove Counseling and Therapy! I help women and mothers who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out or disconnected to themselves. I also work with individuals navigating ADHD (disorganized, impulsive, overstimulated), anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. We will work together to understand what is underneath the overwhelm and help you to build tools that actually help with your day-to-day life. Whether coping with postpartum anxiety, managing racing thoughts, improving your general quality of life, or finding the joy in this challenging season of life you found yourself in - it is my joy to guide you along the way.

What you can expect from me

In the beginning, we'll start getting to know each other to build a strong relationship. We will talk about what has brought you to therapy and discuss any relevant background/history. We'll also start identifying what you're hoping to get out of therapy and what growth might look and feel like for you.
