Great to meet you!

The pursuit of mental health has been a life-long journey that has connected me with so many people through the years. It led me to pursue my undergraduate degree in psychology at Edgewood College in Madison and my Master's in social work through Loyola University Chicago. I feel honored to have returned service to our Veterans, helped low-income individuals up and out of homelessness and treated survivors of trauma and addiction.

My approach to therapy

I approach the work as a fellow traveler who knows what it is to have ups and downs, successes and hardships. It comes natural, given my love of people, to see each person's strengths and to approach their challenges with the genuine positive regard we all deserve. It is definitely a team effort and we will explore as much or as little as is needed to get to the right place.

What you can expect from me

Goals may include increasing self-awareness, improving upon skills, processing emotions, making sense of things and ultimately feeling empowered to make decisions that are right for you.
