Great to meet you!

I’m a Ph.D., LMFT, and I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unlike yourself, you’ve found a steady place to start. As a trained EMDR practitioner, I help clients gently work through the experiences still weighing on them. Many people come to me after a difficult event, a major life transition, or a long stretch of survival mode. Others just know that what they’ve been doing isn’t working anymore and they’re ready for something different. My work is grounded in years of crisis response and trauma care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct and grounded. I’m comfortable sitting with intensity and won’t shy away from the hard parts of your story, and we always move at your pace. I use EMDR when it fits your goals, alongside practical, skills based tools you can use in daily life. My focus goes beyond managing symptoms to the patterns underneath, so change actually lasts.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply about building relationship in a relaxed, unhurried space. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out or explain your story perfectly, and you’ll leave feeling heard, not judged. I want you to feel fully seen and safe here. Clients describe me as grounded, honest, and steady. I’d love to connect for a 15 minute consult.
